Amount needed:  1.0mL, minimum 0.5mL

Preparation of patient:  None

Stability:  Separate serum from cells within 2 hours of collection

               Room temperature - 24 hours

               Refrigerated - 2 days

               Frozen:  90 days.  Thaw and refreeze no more than three(3) times.

               Handling/Transport:  Refrigerate
